Sport is the field that needs two things the most: discipline and freedom - we may be limping a little in this respect, but that's okay, freedom is something that can be earned, - this is how President of Georgia Salome Zurabishvili addressed young athletes in the Orbeliani Palace within the framework of the "Our Voice for Europe" campaign.

As the President mentioned, various initiatives are being implemented throughout the country in order to make a joint statement about the Europeanness of Georgia.

"First, let me welcome the youngest generation, who represent our sporting future. I am sure that they will have the opportunity to see Georgia as a member of the European Union. Until this happens, and I am sure it will happen soon, the most important thing is that the sports world has joined the European Union, there you already represent victorious Georgia, successful Georgia, which everyone in the sports world already knows in different ways. Georgia is practically one of the countries that brings home an unlimited number of medals. For that, you really deserve to be thanked by the society and by your President.

Sports is probably the area that needs two things the most: discipline - if you don't have it, you won't be successful; the second is freedom. We may be limping a bit in this respect, but that's okay, freedom is something that can be earned, something that should be earned every day and it depends on us the most. Society in this case is building its future and its freedom every day. Therefore, I want to wish you all more Europe, more freedom and more success. I know that Europe will hear your voice, because with your success they already hear your voice. We need to say it louder so that everyone can hear it and it is our common voice from Georgia. I know, there are many different initiatives that come together in many places. This is also a sign of society, when separately and together we send one message to Europe. In this regard, there will be a non-governmental march on December 9, which we are joining, as others are joining us, to make a joint statement of Georgia's Europeanness, as we are waiting for a very decisive message from Europe in a few days. Long live our European future!" - said the President.

Michał Kobosko - we hope that your government eventually would either choose the European way, the democratic way or would resign seeing the number, the size and scale of the citizens' protests
