There is conforntation in the Tbilisi City Council

Today's session of the Tbilisi City Council started amid noise. Revaz Sokhadze, chairman of the Urban Planning and City Farming Commission of the Sakrebulo, and Lile Liparteliani, the representative of the "National Movement" in the Sakrebulo, confronted each other.

The argument between them started after Lile Liparteliani answered Revaz Sokhadze with retorts when he gave a speech on the "Laguna Vere" issue.

"Do I sometimes bother you? What's wrong with you really?! What are you talking about? I never interrupted you, why don't you talk to me? I will speak my truth and you speak your truth during the speech. What a trouble, how can you behave like this, you don't make me talk," Sokhadze addressed Lipartelian.

Lile Lipartelian interrupted his conversation again and called Revaz Sokhadze's statements a lie.

"If someone thinks that old Tbilisi or Tbilisi is loved here less than Lille, they are very wrong. I will never make a decision that hurts this city. It can be seen who loves Tbilisi and who doesn't," Revaz Sokhadze addressed to Lile Lipartelian.

At the same time as the noise, the Chairman of the City Council, Giorgi Tkemaladze, addressed Lile Liparteliani.

"What security are you talking about, at least understand, let the person talk, it's a shame. Know that I will not turn on the microphone!" - said Tkemaladze.

Later, another verbal confrontation took place at the session. This time, the verbal altercation followed the speech of Goga Oniani, a member of the "National Movement" faction, which was protested by members of the "Georgian Dream" council, and Avtandil Tsintsadze called it shameful and violent.

"The most important thing for you is that Bidzina Ivanishvili is well and the financial guarantees that you have, that Noshiko Namoradze has, that Tsilosan has. Don't miss them! But it won't be like that, my friends! I am sure, not 600 thousand people will give you an answer, but more people", Oniani said.

During his speech, he apologized to the Georgians in Ukraine, for whom he "could not find a square", and in response, Avtandil Tsintsadze asked him - "Why didn't you apologize to the warriors of 2008?"

"Georgian Dream" city council members demanded an apology from Oniani.
