Mamuka Khazaradze: Badri Japaridze was unanimously elected as the chairman of the political council, Ana Natsvlishvili as the deputy chairman of the political council, and Irakli Kupradze as the secretary general of the party

Internal party elections in the Lelo party have ended. The political council of the party elected Badri Japaridze as its chairman and Ana Natsvlishvili as deputy chairman. Mamuka Khazaradze, one of the leaders of the party, announced the above after the end of the political council session.

Today, the political council session officially approved Irakli Kupradze as the Secretary General.

"Today, the election process in Lel­o has ended. As you know, on December 22, we held a congress where 21 members of the political council were elected. A session of the political council was held today, where the chairman of the political council and the deputy chairman were elected, and the general secretary was approved. I would like to introduce to you Badri Japaridze, who was unanimously elected as the chairman of the political council, as well as Ana Natsvlishvili as the deputy chairman of the political council. She will lead the executive direction in the political council. Irakli Kupradze was also approved as the secretary general of the party. I want to tell you that we have finished the internal party elections and it can be said that from today the party is fully mobilized to bring a rather serious victory for the 2024 elections. By victory, we mean to change the life of the Georgian people, to make this country successful, to create a lot of jobs, to double the budget, to create conditions for our emigration to return to the homeland and to give our young people the opportunity to start working in Georgia, to give our pensioners the opportunity to live a decent life. So, we are fully mobilized to make 2024 a turning point and victory year not only for our party, but also for Georgia as a whole," said Mamuka Khazaradze.
