Lelo's leader Mamuka Khazaradze will file a lawsuit against Tbilisi Mayor Kakha Kaladze.

Mamuka Khazaradze's lawyer, Zviad Kordzadze, told InterPressNews that Khazaradze is suing the Mayor of the capital for damaging his honor, dignity and business reputation and demands "denial of false information".

In particular, the case concerns the statement of Kakha Kaladze, according to which "Mamuka Khazaradze was the first who did dirty things and was Saakashvili's servant".

"Today, Kakha Kaladze disseminated reports damaging Mamuka Khazaradze's honor, dignity, and business reputation. It was said that he had seized the property of other businessmen, therefore, a lawsuit will be prepared next week. We demand the rejection of false information", said Kordzadze.

When asked whether they will ask for monetary compensation, the lawyer explained that they will not demand monetary compensation.

For information, today, the Mayor of the capital, Kakha Kaladze, noted at the government meeting that Mamuka Khazaradze "was the first who did dirty things and served Saakashvili".

"Maybe Mr. Khazaradze was not a member of the National Movement, but he was the first who did dirty things and served Saakashvili, doesn't the public remember all this? If you forgot, we remember everything and we have not forgotten anything, how you and your specific bank representatives made people unhappy, how you seized businesses. Your place will be where you are today, and trying to somehow overcome the 5% barrier, you will not be able to deceive the public," Kaladze said.
