Archbishop Ioane Gorelishvili explained why the Catholicos-Patriarch of All Georgia, Ilia II, could not hold a service in the Holy Trinity Cathedral in connection with the Epiphany today.

"The Patriarch's health is stable, but due to his age and weakness, he cannot participate in all the services. Unfortunately, he could not do it today," said the archbishop Ioane Gorelishvili.
