As we have very good results against corruption and are advanced in the index of the fight against corruption, the dynamics of the fight against corruption can take such a large scale that we can even leave no room for speculation - but this, of course, should not be done by the National Movement methods, through home invasions and TV shows, - said Mamuka Mdinaradze, the chairman of the Georgian Dream faction in the Parliament.

According to Mdinaradze, the very clear messages delivered by Prime Minister Irakli Kobakhidze at the first session of the government were very easy to understand.

When asked whether arrests are expected, Mdinaradze said that arrest is not the only preventive tool against corruption, and if a person is to be arrested, he will be arrested.

"The Prime Minister's message was not only about specific people, but also about how things should develop in the future, for example, in the direction of the fight against corruption.

With the right dynamic action, we can find ourselves in the top ten countries of the world in the fight against corruption index. In this regard, the Prime Minister's message was not accidental," said Mdinaradze.

According to him, one of the challenges of Georgia, "like all countries", is bureaucratic issues.

As Mdinaradze mentioned, when it is possible to a issues more easily, a civil servant or a person hired under a contract should not wait for the deadline.

"I have heard many stories that, for example, a civil servant has a 10-day deadline to provide some information, and there is still a bureaucratic error when someone sends an answer on the last tenth day. Citizens are naturally annoyed by this. This was the Prime Minister's message that the services should be improved - if it is possible for the citizen to receive an answer on the second or third day, it should not take ten days. Unfortunately, we come across cases when it lasts for months," said Mamuka Mdinaradze.
