Archil Talakvadze: Some politicians in the European Parliament who are distinguished by anti-Georgian rhetoric, they are trying to spread false narrative and the report of the Munich conference is proof of this

We all know very well that the report of the Munich conference is absolutely distorted, reproduces lies and misses the reality, since Mr. Bidzina Ivanishvili is the very political leader who brought back to Georgia the European future, respect for human rights, elections and many other good changes, which the European Union itself recognized when it granted us the status, otherwise we would not have received this status. Do you remember the reasons they invented regarding the status, but the truth was eventually revealed and everything became clear when the European Union made a decision, - said Archil Talakvadze, the Vice-Speaker of the Parliament of Georgia.

According to Talakvadze, certain politicians in the European Parliament are distinguished by their anti-Georgian rhetoric, they try to spread a false narrative, and the report of the Munich conference is proof of that.

"We have been talking for a long time that this opposition is bankrupt at home and is struggling outside, looking for support outside, because they have no hope for the elections, they have no hope that the public will support them, they have seen this in 9 elections, they are looking for a foothold outside and are conducting election campaigns outside. Evidence of this has been published by a number of parties, including our strategic partner, the United States of America. The American government has published direct evidence, which shows that in order to blacken Georgia and to tell the whole world that it seems that the Georgian government has separated the country from Europe and moved it to another orbit, and that the economy has stopped and the pulse of democracy is no longer felt in the country, millions have been paid for this, millions have been paid and yet there is more to come and new evidence will probably be published soon. It seems that these contracts have not yet expired, there are still writers and speakers, newspapers and TV stations and politicians in the European Parliament who are distinguished by anti-Georgian rhetoric and did everything to block Georgia's European future in order to somehow bring back the National Movement. As it seems their contracts have not yet expired, and they are still writing and trying to spread the false narrative that happened in the past, in previous years, and one of the reports of the Munich conference is proof of that," Talakvadze said in Imedi TV.
