Anri Okhanashvili on Aleko Elisashvili: I call on all the oppositionists to comment on this unworthy behavior, and also, the human rights defenders who are here, give an assessment

The session of the Committee on Legal Issues, where the draft law on "Transparency of Foreign Influences" is discussed, and which was interrupted due to a physical confrontation, was resumed.

The chairman of the committee, Anri Okhanashvili, addressed the oppositionists that all provocations will be responded to in the strictest way.

"I call on all the oppositionists, if you want this despicable behavior that this so-called man caught, to comment, also, human rights defenders who are here, give an assessment of what this person caught. I'll let you know if anyone wants to comment. Any provocation you make here will be answered in the strictest way," Okhanashvili said.

According to him, the opposition MPs, including Ana Natsvlishvili and Tina Bokuchava, are complicit in what happened at the session.

"Everyone did this - starting with Natsvlishvili and continuing with Bokuchava, you are complicit in what this person did," said Anri Okhanashvili.

At the session of the legal committee, the leader of "Citizens" Aleko Elisashvili physically confronted the leader of the parliamentary majority, Mamuka Mdinaradze.
