With a shameful resolution, the European parliamentarians call us to withdraw the law that prohibits LGBT propaganda - they directly told us that in Georgia we should give a wide arena to the propaganda of non-traditional sexual orientation, "Georgian Dream" General Secretary Kakha Kaladze said about this at a briefing held at the party's office while evaluating the resolution of the European Parliament.

According to Kakha Kaladze, the rights of all people are protected in Georgia, regardless of their gender and orientation.

"With a shameful resolution, the European parliamentarians call us to withdraw the law that prohibits LGBT propaganda. In other words, to put it more simply - we were told directly, in Georgia, we should give a wide arena to the propaganda of non-traditional sexual orientation, its spread and popularization, which poses a direct threat to our future generations.

In this country, the rights of all people are protected, regardless of their religion, gender, orientation, etc. Of course, we are not interested in anyone's personal life, we are not going to judge anyone, everyone has their personal life and whoever wants to live it the way they want, but propaganda is categorically unacceptable", said Kakha Kaladze.
