According to him, when the state "brutally treats peaceful demonstrators", the main political responsibility should be assigned to the Minister of Internal Affairs.

"When the state treats peaceful demonstrators and protestors so cruelly, when politicians are treated so cruelly and inhumanely, and when criminal gangs attack and retaliate against young people, the main political responsibility for this should be assigned to the Minister of Internal Affairs Gomelauri, because it is inconceivable that this does not happen on the basis of a political decision. These people are acting on political orders, and accordingly, Minister Gomelauri issues orders, and most importantly, these orders come from Ivanishvili, so we demand the issue of holding Minister Gomelauri politically responsible and I call on him not to burden his political responsibility by inaction s no official is arrested, he does not resign or held accountable, and no investigative action has been initiated," said Levan Bezhashvili.
