The United Kingdom visa application center, which is located near the Parliament in Tbilisi, was closed this morning due to the ongoing protest and the police cordons. The British Embassy in Georgia posted a statement about the above on the social network.
According to the embassy, the visa center will open when it is possible to receive visitors.
"The UK’s Visa Application Centre in Tbilisi, which is situated close to Parliament has been closed today due to the rally and police cordons this morning.
Everyone with an appointment has been contacted.
The Centre will reopen when visitor access is back to normal," reads the statement.
