The chairman of "European Georgia", Giga Bokeria, responded to China's abstention from participating in the vote on the resolution on the status of internally displaced persons and refugees from Abkhazia and Tskhinvali regions.

According to him, Irakli Kobakhidze's thanks to China once again shows "what a shameful government we have".

"If Georgia had a normal government, its main task should be to increase support for the return of Georgians expelled from Abkhazia, Tskhinvali region, as a result of genocide and ethnic cleansing, and instead, they thank China for what it has done all these years, since 2009 China abstained and did not support it.

By the way, during Ivanishvili's regime, in 2022, China voted against it, and for the last two years, it has not supported us again, and this shows what a shameful government we have, which can only be replaced," Giga Bokeria said.
