According to the Union, fans will be able to buy tickets on tkt.ge from 13:00 on June 28.
"Fans of the national team can buy tickets on the tkt.ge platform. The cost of one-way ticket, like the previous subsidized flights, is 195 euros. The monitoring of ticket sales and the process of passenger registration are fully ensured by the Union of Georgian Airports", - reads the information.
According to Irakli Karkashadze, Director General of the Union of Georgian Airports, flights will be operated by Georgian airlines: Georgian Wings and Georgian Airways.
"On the instructions of the Government of Georgia, the Union of Airports immediately started working on the appointment of an additional charter, as soon as our national team defeated the Portuguese national team in the group game and won a historic ticket to the playoffs. As a result of negotiations with airlines and partner airports, a total of 4 subsidized charter flights will be made in the direction of Cologne from Tbilisi International Airport and vice versa in the period from June 29 to July 2. Fans will be able to buy tickets on tkt.ge from 13:00 on June 28", said Irakli Karkashadze.
The subsidized charter flights will be performed according to the following schedule: June 29, Tbilisi-Cologne, departure 12:00; June 29 Tbilisi-Cologne, departure at 19:00; June 30 Tbilisi-Cologne, departure at 04:30; July 2 Cologne-Tbilisi, departure at 15:00”, he said.
