Nikoloz Samkharadze met with the Japanese ambassador

Chairman of the Foreign Relations Committee, Nikoloz Samkharadze, met with Ishizuka Hideki, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Japan to Georgia.

According to the agency, the parties discussed the existing cooperation between Georgia and Japan. Special attention was paid to the existing trade and economic relations between the two countries, investments made by Japan in Georgia, future projects and measures aimed at promoting Japan in Georgia.

"Georgia and Japan are connected by close bilateral cooperation, and we emphasized the importance of this cooperation at the meeting with the ambassador. During the meeting, we also discussed the possibilities of deepening the existing trade and economic relations between the two countries and the issues of promotion of investment attraction", said Nikoloz Samkharadze.
