Tina Bokuchava: Ivanishvili's desire is to maintain power with propaganda and disinformation

Ivanishvili's desire is to maintain his power with propaganda and disinformation, Tina Bokuchava, the chairman of the "United National Movement", told journalists about this.

"I believe that the Georgian people will make an informed choice and, despite Ivanishvili's disinformation, will vote for the changes that our country needs to return to the Euro-Atlantic course. This is the only real chance for the well-being of our country, every citizen of Georgia, and for the security of the country," said Bokuchava.

As for the opposition union, according to Bokuchava, today the country needs not division and confrontation, which Bidzina Ivanishvili constantly preaches, but union.

"When other parties could not unite for some reasons, the National Movement was the first to unite with socially active people, independent deputies, young people, and what is most important for us, we united with the Georgian people in a common effort to change the government and our country for Euro-Atlantic development. Let's put it on the road. The fact that today the country does not need division, division and confrontation, which Ivanishvili constantly preaches, but unification around common, national goals, this is a fact and every meeting that we hold in all regions of Georgia within the framework of unity speaks of this", said Bokuchava.
