According to the Revenue Service of the Ministry of Finance, customs officers, on the basis of suspicion, as a result of a detailed inspection of foreign citizens' personal and belonging luggage and vehicles under their control, finally revealed an undeclared amount - 2,900 euros, 59,407 US dollars and 7,265,700 Russian rubles. .

"The total amount of undeclared amount, according to the exchange rate of the National Bank, amounted to 655,597.94 GEL.

In accordance with Article 169, Part 3 of the Customs Code of Georgia, law-breaking citizens were fined a total of 65,560.16 GEL (10% of the amount) as a sanction," the information says.
