Construction of the First House in Suburban Saguramo Has Begun

Suburban Saguramo has officially entered a new stage of development. Following the completion of primary infrastructure work, the construction of the first house in the district is now underway. Colliers' low-density settlement is gradually transforming into a vibrant community, offering a unique blend of suburban tranquility and urban convenience. The project, which combines a rural environment with an urban lifestyle, consists of 95 isolated land plots.

One of the key factors distinguishing the project for its competitors is the orderly and regulated construction process. To create a new and well-organized living experience, the construction of houses in Suburban Saguramo is carried out in accordance with common rules, which serve to maintain the refined appearance of the district. Open and transparent facades, a balance between private and shared spaces, and carefully selected materials and colors are not the full list of guidelines that help the district maintain a cohesive visual aesthetic.

It is worth noting that the majority of the infrastructure work for the project has already been completed. Roads have been paved, and sidewalks are in place. After a year of diligent work, the district is now fully equipped with a natural gas network, sewage system, and a 24-hour autonomous water supply. Beyond the basic infrastructure, the district will feature an 8,000-square-meter recreational green zone, which will include a park, bicycle paths, a café, a tennis court, and a multifunctional sports field. Currently, the process of developing the central diagonal park is in an active phase.
