Geostat: GDP growth in July was 13.0 percent, and the average rate for the first seven months of 2024 was set at 9.7 percent

According to the information of the National Statistics Service, according to preliminary estimates, in July 2024, compared to the corresponding period of the previous year, the growth of the real gross domestic product (GDP) amounted to 13.0 percent, and the average rate of the first seven months of 2024 was determined by 9.7 percent.

"In July 2024, compared to the corresponding period of the previous year, the following sectors made a significant contribution to growth: construction, processing industry, information and communication, professional, scientific and technical activities, trade. A downward trend was observed in the energy sector," the information said.
