According to the lawyer of Giorgi Nozadze, Zaza Datukishvili, one of the persons arrested in the so-called case of fraudulent call centers, the person under his protection had no connection with the company's activities because he was a driver.

As Datukishvili mentions in the conversation with "InterpressNews", Nozadze does not recognize the charges presented.

"According to his position, he had no idea that the company's activities could be related to any crime, if any." My client worked in the logistics direction in this company, he was a kind of supplier for the company, he worked as a car driver, he supplied the company with various kinds of things, objects, papers, writing pens, he had nothing to do with the activity, nor with the search for clients, nor with the registration and disposal of money. Therefore, it was completely unthinkable for him to be arrested on this charge," said Datukishvili.

For information, according to the information of the prosecutor's office, one of the managers of the fraudulent call center operating under the name of "Morgan Limited" LLC, who was arrested on the basis of the judge's ruling within the framework of the event, during the period of fraudulently embezzling funds from the European population, transferred a total of more than a million dollars to Davit Kezerashvili, Kezerashvili's sister and on the bank accounts of Kezerashvili's sister's son.

According to the prosecutor's office, 4 persons involved in the activities of call centers have been arrested and charged with fraud and legalization of illegal income by an organized group, and two individuals and one legal entity have been charged in absentia.
