According to him, the only goal of the opposition is to fulfill the task received from outside, to turn the country, Georgia into a second front and to return the people to the dark past.

"Each hill of the land of Samtskhe-Javakheti preserves the history and cultural heritage of our country. Throughout history, the children of this region have fought many battles to preserve the independence and identity of Georgia. Therefore, being here will remind us most of all how much responsibility we have towards our motherland, not to take a single step back in the fight, which is related to the protection of dignity and peace and the well-being of the population of our country, ensuring the bright, European future of Georgia.

We have to say once again what has already been said many times. Simple elections are not held on October 26. This is a decisive referendum, where statelessness and love of country, militant atheism and respect for the Church, slavery and sovereignty are pitted against each other, and in this referendum love of the country, respect for the Church and independence of Georgia will definitely win.

The radical opposition and its patrons claim that the European future of Georgia can be formed only if the collective "National Movement" in the form of the parties of Saakashvili, Gvaramia, Khazaradze and Gakharia returns to power. According to them, Georgia will have a European future only if authoritarianism, murder and torture of people, prisons overflowing with prisoners, business rackets, hijacking of TV stations return to the country. According to them, Georgia will have a European future only if war and destruction return to the country.

It should be emphasized once again - those who equate authoritarianism with Europe, between killing people and Europe, between torture of people and Europe, between prisons full of prisoners and Europe, between business rackets and Europe, between hijacking of television stations and Europe, between war and Europe , between a collective "national movement" and Europe, it has nothing to do with true European values.

These people have the only goal to fulfill the task received from outside, to turn the country, Georgia into a second front and bring people back to the dark past. Georgian society will not allow this under any circumstances! On October 26, the Georgian society will give a full answer to the Party of War and Chaos! On October 26, peace, dignity and prosperity will win!" - said Irakli Kobakhidze.

During his speech, Kobakhidze told the public about the progress achieved in the country after 2012.

"Friends, I would like to remind you once again of the progress that our country has experienced since 2012:

- As a result of the democratic transition of 2012, the systematic practice of killing and torturing people was prevented in Georgia, business was freed and the media was freed;

- free and fair elections are held, as a result of which the country is governed not by an agency appointed from outside, but by a sovereign government duly elected by the Georgian people;

- Only in 2021-24, the economy of Georgia grew by 40 billion GEL, therefore, in these 4 years, the budget of Georgia increased by 10 billion GEL;

- the rate of construction of highways, schools, gardens and other infrastructural facilities has increased several times;

- The universal healthcare program was launched and the social protection package of the population was improved several times;

- Agricultural programs are financed annually with hundreds of millions of GEL, which brought special development to this field;

- After 2012, business turnover increased 5 times, wages in the business sector increased 3 times, industry turnover increased 3 times;

- Unemployment was halved after 2012;

- 680 thousand of our fellow citizens got rid of poverty;

- We have unprecedented progress in the field of sports, which Georgian football players, Olympians and Paralympians reminded us with special intensity these days; Once again, I would like to congratulate you on the victory of our players yesterday;

- The government of "Georgian Dream" is the first government after the restoration of independence, under which the country did not have a war;

- Along with all this, Georgia became a candidate country for EU membership.

All these achievements are the merit of the democratic transition of 2012, for which I would like to once again express my special thanks to the founder and honorary chairman of our party, Mr. Bidzina Ivanishvili. If it were not for Mr. Bidzina Ivanishvili, Georgia would be in a much more difficult situation than our friendly country, Ukraine, is today. Introduction of democratic governance, firm protection of national independence and dignity, 12 years of continuous peace, economic progress of the country are, first of all, due to Bidzina Ivanishvili, and once again I thank him for this," said Kobakhidze.
