District election commissions elected 24,047 heads/members of precinct election commissions. Re-competition was announced for 193 vacant positions. CEC disseminates information about this.

As stated in the spread information, despite the fact that the election administration conducted the selection of heads/members of precinct election commissions in accordance with the law, following the principles of publicity and transparency, the interested parties still tried to discredit the process.

"The election administration made a statement even before the start of the precinct election commissions election process and called on the interested parties not to try to discredit the process and the elected persons, however, despite this, specific persons, based on the political agenda, tried to discredit the process and the election with groundless and manipulative statements, and later already Stigmatization of selected persons.

That is why, once again, we call on all objective monitoring organizations to evaluate election administrators of any level based on their activities and neutrality, and not on the basis of statements dictated by political agendas. On the other hand, the election administration will protect the right of each administrator to perform his duty in a peaceful environment and the elections on October 26 will be held in accordance with international standards.
