I call on all observers to be careful - "Georgian Dream" will try to cancel the precincts where they know they will lose the elections. Therefore, prepare for the end of the day, such facts may be repeated in different areas, - Mamuka Khazaradze, one of the leaders of "Strong Georgia", said at the briefing.
In addition, Khazaradze called on the representatives of the Ministry of Internal Affairs to react immediately to the facts that happened at the polling stations.
"As you know, as of 15:00, 1,450,000 people came to the polls. This is very high activity. Which gives great hope to all of us who want the "Georgian dream" in this country, to defeat the oligarchy and start the path called the path of freedom and democracy. I want to thank all the people who went to the polls so early. Also, I would like to thank the emigration. You see an incredible amount of activity in every city. Perhaps you have the means to follow and listen to their activity through social media. This is hopeful.
In addition, there are facts that defy all legality. Precincts are raided, as well as [ballots] are specially stuffed and gross violation is done to cancel the precinct. Accordingly, I call on all observers to be careful so that "Georgian Dream" will try to cancel the districts where they know that they will lose the elections. Therefore, prepare for the end of the day, such facts may be repeated in different areas. Also, I would like to call on the police to fulfill the obligation assigned to them and the responsibility that the Georgian people have imposed on them. We have seen live footage of beatings going on live and no police intervention. Therefore, we call for an immediate response to all such facts.
As for the people whom "Georgian Dream" uses as "probes" and those people who are used to instill violence and fear, they all need to be answered, all people are identified, and after the elections, the first thing we will do is to all these people who committed violence, A response is required. Also, the representatives of the law enforcement agencies, who were there and did not react in time, will not be selected by anyone. So everything is going great. I would like to call you all once again to go to the elections," Khazaradze said.
