Tina Bokuchava: despite ballot stuffing and violence, Europe and the Georgian people won - Ivanishvili's time is over!

Ivanishvili's time is over! - In the shortest time, together with other opposition parties that passed the electoral threshold, we will start negotiations on the formation of a coalition government that will introduce our country to the European Union! - Chairman of "Unity - National Movement", Tina Bokuchava, announced this at the briefing held in the office of the party after the closing of the polling stations.

Tina Bokuchava expresses her hope that in the shortest possible time, with the involvement of President Salome Zurabishvili, a process will be created around the "Georgian Charter" to form the government.

"What we have been predicting for many months, weeks and days has happened. Despite the ballot stuffing and violence, Europe and the Georgian people won! Today, not one party won, the country's European future won, the opposition won and "Georgian Dream" was defeated, Ivanishvili's time is over! We have seen this in the exit polls that have just been published.

The Georgian people chose a coalition government in historic elections. We treat the trust we received from people with great responsibility. In the shortest time, together with other opposition parties that passed the electoral threshold, we will start negotiations on the formation of a coalition government that will introduce our country to the European Union!

I would like to emphasize the role of the president. The "Georgian Charter" signed by all opposition parties is very important. Accordingly, I have great hope that a process will be created in the shortest possible time with the involvement of President Zurabishvili, around the "Georgian Charter" in order to recruit the government. Let our country return to the path of European development. In the exit poll, the opposition won with a large margin of 10%. I am sure, in the election results, this advantage will be even greater," said Bokuchava.
