According to Buadze, it was surprising to him that the investigation started by the prosecutor's office on the case of possible fraud of the elections is being conducted with only one article.

"Once again, the political motivation of this investigation was revealed. Here, questions were not asked in order to obtain information for the investigation regarding specific facts. These are questions prepared in advance with a very specific political motivation. Today I presented a specific fact, where the mother of the deceased person is captured on video, who speaks that although her son has been dead for more than 4 years, he is still on the electoral roll. The most surprising thing for me today is that the investigation is going on only one article. The prosecutor's office does not conduct an investigation on the influence, nor does not conduct an investigation regarding the secrecy of the right to elections," said Buadze.
