The investigation carried out by the Ministry of Internal Affairs established that the defendants organized and participated in group violence during the rally on Rustaveli Avenue in Tbilisi, as a result of which many people suffered health damage. The property of both individuals and legal entities was damaged, the infrastructure on the balance sheet of Tbilisi City Hall was damaged.

Detainees were charged under Articles 225 and 18,229 of the Criminal Code of Georgia, which provide up to 9 years of imprisonment.

The prosecutor's office applies to the court with a motion to impose a preventive measure on the defendants within the time limit set by the law.
