Giorgi Vashadze: The self-proclaimed regime has no power to arrest Salome Zurabishvili – this points not to their strength but to their weakness

There is no power behind the threats against Salome Zurabishvili. The self-proclaimed regime has no strength to arrest Salome Zurabishvili, which indicates not their strength but their weakness, - said the leader of Strategy Aghmashenebeli during a joint briefing of opposition parties.

According to his assessment, each passing day becomes more and more difficult for Georgian Dream, and he calls on Bidzina Ivanishvili, the honorary chairman of Georgian Dream, to avoid delaying the process and reach specific agreements within this week.

"There is no power behind the threats against Salome Zurabishvili. The self-proclaimed regime has no strength to arrest Salome Zurabishvili, which indicates not their strength but their weakness. Each subsequent day is becoming increasingly difficult for the self-proclaimed regime, which is why protest and pressure are essential. I agree with Salome Zurabishvili that we must transition to an offensive strategy. The sooner Bidzina Ivanishvili surrenders to the will of the Georgian people, the less wrath he will face from the Georgian people. The longer Ivanishvili drags this process, the harsher the consequences will be for him and his circle. I advise Ivanishvili to ensure that everything is agreed upon this week," stated Giorgi Vashadze.
