The Chairman of the US House of Representatives Foreign Affairs Committee, Michael McCaul (Republican Party), responds to the imposition of sanctions on the Honorary Chairman of the Georgian Dream, Bidzina Ivanishvili.

“I welcome these long-overdue sanctions on Georgian Dream’s puppet master, Bidzina Ivanishvili. He and his party must be held accountable for dragging Georgia down a path towards autocracy and away from the transatlantic future that the Georgian people want and deserve,” he tweeted.
