The incident took place in a hotel dining room. The footage shows that during dinner, Irakli Zarqua threw food at Lasha Gabitashvili and physically confronted him, and then Viqtor Sanikidze joined the fight. The footage also shows that another Georgian Dream MP, Gela Samkharauli, was present.
Later, Lasha Gabitashvili released a video message in which he said that the incident was related to yesterday's incident, during which he called Irakli Zarqua and Viqtor Sanikidze "Russian slaves." For information, during yesterday's confrontation, the parties verbally abused each other.
