Protests continue on Rustaveli Avenue

The protest rally in front of the Parliament has resumed. The participants of the rally blocked the road on Rustaveli Avenue.

In parallel with Rustaveli Avenue, a rally is also taking place near the Public Broadcaster. Actors who marched from the Vaso Abashidze New Theater to the Rustaveli Theater will also join the rally near the Parliament.

The slogan of the march was: “Theatre and the audience against tyranny”.

On the 48th day of continuous protests, the main demands of the protesters are new elections and the unconditional release of those detained during the protests.
