Irakli Kobakhidze's visit to the Republic of Azerbaijan has begun

Prime Minister Irakli Kobakhidze's visit to the Republic of Azerbaijan has begun. The Head of the Georgian Government was welcomed at Baku's Heydar Aliyev International Airport by Azerbaijan's Deputy Prime Minister, Samir Sharifov.

During the visit, Irakli Kobakhidze will hold one-on-one meetings with the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan, Ilham Aliyev, and Prime Minister Ali Asadov.

Under the leadership of the two countries' prime ministers, the 10th session of the Georgia-Azerbaijan Intergovernmental Commission on Economic Cooperation will take place.

The Georgian Prime Minister is visiting Azerbaijan's capital with a delegation that includes First Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Economy and Sustainable Development Levan Davitashvili, Minister of Foreign Affairs Maka Bochorishvili, Minister of Environmental Protection and Agriculture Davit Songhulashvili, Minister of Culture Tinatin Rukhadze, and Head of the Government Administration Levan Zhorzholiani.
