“No to the Russian dictatorship”, “We demand new elections”, “Freedom to political prisoners” - these are the slogans of the protest rally that started on Rustaveli Avenue, near the Parliament.

At the moment, traffic on Rustaveli Avenue is blocked.

Before reaching the territory adjacent to the Parliament, citizens gathered at two locations - Europe Square and near the Government Administration. On the 80th day of continuous protest, the demand remains unchanged - to schedule new elections and release those detained during the rally. The anthems of Georgia and the European Union were played at the protest rally.

The participants of the rally are holding banners with various inscriptions - “Russia is our common enemy”, “We demand new and fair elections”, “Freedom of speech has not been given up”, “Freedom to Mzia Amaglobeli and all prisoners of the regime”.

“Our march has ended here. Unfortunately, we were not allowed to make a stage, no matter how surprising it may be. However, in a short time, a small stage will be made, where we will read the prisoners' letters," - one of the participants of the rally addressed the citizens gathered near the parliament.
