When asked what she thinks about the protests ongoing on Rustaveli Avenue and what needs to be changed, Dekanoidze answered that much more activity is possible.

“If someone had been afraid, of course, this protest would have finally died down. The protest has not slowed down for 104 days. I know people who are fined every day, these people are still standing there. After the start of this protest, we have no way to turn back, because the regime will become even more oppressive. The regime will do everything to scare someone, I think it will not work.

I think that much more activity is possible, but when we talk about political processes, for me the main political process is on Rustaveli and various hotbeds,” Dekanoidze noted.

In addition, in his opinion, in addition to Rustaveli and the Public Broadcaster, various hotbeds of protest should emerge.
