Anna Dolidze, one of the leaders of "Strong Georgia – For the People," stated that Georgia had the potential to establish a world-class rehabilitation center that could attract individuals seeking treatment from abroad.
With this statement, Dolidze is addressing drug policy issues.
“I want to share an idea I had during the pre-election period. We should have opened a world-class rehabilitation center in Georgia, which would attract people seeking treatment. We have the capacity to do this; it just requires the right investment. The tax revenue from this could then be used to fund the treatment of our own citizens. If such a center can be established in Kyrgyzstan, why shouldn’t we have the ambition to create one here, where all the necessary conditions exist? This would help a lot of people and also be a financially beneficial project for the country”, Dolidze wrote this statement on Facebook.
