Co-chair of the Helsinki Commission, Congressman Joe Wilson, has responded to the arrest of Elene Khoshtaria, one of the leaders of the "Coalition for Change" on X.

As Joe Wilson (Republican Party) writes on his X account, "Elene Khoshtaria was unjustly arrested by Ivanishvili's cowardly, anti-American regime."

"A Key Georgian opposition leader Elene Khoshtaria has been wrongfully detained by the cowardly anti-American Ivanishvili regime. She and all political prisoners must be immediately released. Free and fair elections are the only way forward," writes Wilson.
