In Ivanishvili’s hands, the court has become the main symbol of injustice, which he uses for repression, for example against President Saakashvili, who has made a great contribution to the Europeanization of our country, as well as representatives of other spheres, - Tina Bokuchava, the chairwoman of the Unity National Movement, said regarding the trial of Mikheil Saakashvili.

According to her, Bidzina Ivanishvili’s goal is to deprive the country of its European future.

“Today, another political trial was held against President Saakashvili. It is truly symbolic that the trial of other political prisoners is underway in parallel. In Ivanishvili’s hands, the court has become the main symbol of injustice, which he uses to repress people for their European choice, for example President Saakashvili, who has made a great contribution to the Europeanization of our country, as well as journalist Mzia Amaglobeli, doctors, actors, or people of any other profession. Ivanishvili’s goal is one - to deprive our country of its European future, to punish those who fight for this future, but this will not scare us, it will not stop us, on the contrary, it will unite us more as a society in order to save the European future of our country,” said Tina Bokuchava.
