As she noted, the Resistance Platform expresses concern about the rhetoric used by Georgian Dream towards its partners, primarily towards Germany.
“Today we heard a very harsh reaction from the new German administration, about how they view the fact that their ambassador, who represents German policy in this country, was insulted by this government. These attacks on Germany, directly as a country and its representative, attacks on the EU ambassador and others, are completely unacceptable. This further deepens our isolation, which seems to be the goal of this government,” - Zurabishvili noted.
In addition, she also spoke about the former Prosecutor General of Georgia, Otar Partskhaladze.
“The second topic is Partskhaladze, who stood by Putin on May 9. Not only that, he was the Prosecutor General of Georgia, a person in whose hands all the information was passing. This is a very big problem for our security. This is a person whom Ivanishvili protected. He said about him: “I knew Otar, he is a manly and courageous man, why should I punish him? This man has nothing to be arrested for”. After he became Romanov, he may need to be arrested. Our security issues, the fact that this man enters and leaves Georgia, is in this relationship with the leaders of the occupying regime, is a very big problem for our country,” Zurabishvili noted.
