According to him, sanctions were imposed at the time by the Biden administration, against which an investigation is currently underway in Congress.

“President Trump is also one of the co-initiators of this, how mentally President Biden understood the decisions he was making. When such things are acknowledged, does it mean that the Biden administration, regarding which there are questions about whether it made the decisions itself or not, ruined relations with Georgia with its own immature behavior?!
