Georgian Prime Minister Irakli Kobakhidze has left for Italy, the Georgian Government Administration reports.

According to the agency, within the framework of the visit, Kobakhidze will participate in the official opening ceremony of the Consulate General of Georgia in Milan.

"The Prime Minister will also attend an official reception to be held to celebrate the inauguration of the Consulate General of Georgia in Milan and Georgia's Independence Day.

Irakli Kobakhidze left for Milan with a delegation, which includes First Deputy Prime Minister, Minister of Economy and Sustainable Development Levan Davitashvili, Vice Prime Minister, Minister of Defense Irakli Chikovani, Minister of Foreign Affairs Maka Bochorishvili, Minister of Culture Tinatin Rukhadze and Head of the Government Administration Levan Zhorzholiani," reads the information.
