According to Tsitlidze, Mamuka Mdinaradze, the Executive Secretary of “Georgian Dream” and the leader of the parliamentary majority, is the person who brings information about Kakha Kaladze to Bidzina Ivanishvili.

“Kakha Kaladze doesn’t know for sure whether he will be the candidate for Tbilisi mayor, which makes him nervous because Mamuka Mdinaradze has been desperately pursuing the Tbilisi mayoral candidacy since he couldn’t become the Interior Minister. You may recall that he fought for the Interior Minister position and even went so far as to plan who would be appointed where in the ministry, having already distributed those positions.

After that, Mdinaradze has become the main conduit for money to Bidzina Ivanishvili and the primary target who brings information, gossip, and so on about Kaladze to Ivanishvili—it’s Mdinaradze himself.
