The global war party, through the Biden administration, was supposed to convince the Georgian people that the government had deviated from the Western course, and then, again through the Georgian people, they were supposed to bring their agents to power in the country, which, literally, would involve the country in war the very next day, - Prime Minister Irakli Kobakhidze said at the briefing.

According to him, “In response, Georgian society fully realized that the government saved the country from collapse and the disastrous consequences of war, which is why it gave our political team even greater legitimacy in the 2024 elections.”

“The fact that the failure to comply with the instructions of the global war party and the opening of a second front would bring problems to the Georgian government was initially clearly stated in the rhetoric of the Biden administration, and then they moved on to action, they began to impose unfounded sanctions, demonstratively, for reasons that are still unclear, they canceled the strategic partnership agreement signed with Georgia, and finally, the founder and honorary chairman of the Georgian Dream, Bidzina Ivanishvili, was also accused of having ties with Russia without any basis, without facts, and sanctions were imposed on him. In turn, this blackmail and pressure had a simple goal - the global war party, through the Biden administration, had to convince the Georgian people that the government had deviated from the Western course, and after that, again through the hands of the Georgian people, they had to bring their agents to power in the country, which, literally, would involve the country in war the very next day.

In response, Georgian society took a worthy step, fully realizing that the government saved the country from collapse and the devastating consequences of war, which is why it gave our political team even greater legitimacy in the 2024 elections. For our part, precisely considering our responsibility to Georgian society, we coped with the externally funded revolutionary processes after the elections with dignity, maintaining peace and economic progress in the country, which is clearly confirmed by studies published by international institutions,” Kobakhidze said.

As Kobakhidze noted, “it is no longer a secret to anyone that the global war party is fully coordinated by the European bureaucracy and is carrying out intensified blackmail against our country.”

"Unfortunately, it must be said directly that today the exact same and even stronger pressure continues on the Georgian government from the European bureaucracy. It is no longer a secret to anyone that the global war party is in full coordination with the European bureaucracy and is carrying out intensified blackmail against our country. The goal here is the same - to somehow manage to turn the public against the government, to remove from power, by any means, with the help of the Georgian people, our political team, which is "not useful" for the global war party to open a second front against Russia, and in return to bring agents managed by them to the helm of the country. Unlike us, the radical opposition is ready to fulfill any task from the outside, including the main one - involving the country in the war.

All the provocative steps that the European bureaucracy managed by the global war party is taking against Georgia serve precisely to change the government and support the opposition," Kobakhidze said.
