Levan Khabeishvili: It’s the height of cynicism when “Georgian Dream” claims to be fighting corruption, yet nominates the most corrupt person, Kaladze, as their mayoral candidate; Ivanishvili would make someone sell a kidney and hand over 800 million

“It’s the height of cynicism when the ruling party claims to fight corruption while nominating Kakha Kaladze as a candidate for mayor. Garibashvili, Gomelauri, Liluashvili, Rizhvadze—they’re all corrupt, everyone knows that, but even if you put them all together, they wouldn’t match a single Kaladze,” said Levan Khabeishvili, Chairman of the Political Council of the United National Movement.

According to him, the only reason “Georgian Dream” named Kakha Kaladze as the candidate for Tbilisi mayor is that he will have to deliver 800 million to Bidzina Ivanishvili.

“This is the height of cynicism—when the ruling party says it’s fighting corruption and then nominates Kakha Kaladze as a candidate for mayor.

Garibashvili, Gomelauri, Liluashvili, Rizhvadze—they’re all corrupt, we all know that, but even if you combine them all, they wouldn’t equal one Kaladze.

The only reason Kaladze remains in his position is that Ivanishvili will make him sell his kidney and deliver 800 million,” Levan Khabeishvili stated.
