17 years after the August War, Georgia has a de facto government that blames its own country for the war, that punishes President Saakashvili because he did not surrender the Georgian state to the enemy - it has a government that asks us to apologize, - Tina Bokuchava, the chairwoman of the United National Movement, said at the Giorgi Antsukhelidze Memorial in the village of Alvani, Akhmeta Municipality, where she paid tribute to the memory of those who died in the August War.
According to Bokuchava, Georgia will never kneel before an internal or external enemy.
“After 17 years since the August War, Georgia has a de facto government that blames its own country for the war, that punishes the then Supreme Commander-in-Chief, President Mikheil Saakashvili, for not surrendering the Georgian state to the enemy. It has a de facto government that asks us to apologize and that dares to insult the national hero of Georgia, the symbol of unshakable Georgia, Giorgi Antsukhelidze. We are here today to make the voice of the true Georgia heard by the traitor Ivanishvili and their master in the Kremlin, that Antsukhelidze is a hero. Antsukhelidze is immortal and the Georgian state is immortal, from which Putin could not take anything away and Putin’s slave Bidzina Ivanishvili will not take anything away either. Yes, Antsukhelidze is a hero, he is immortal and just as he did not kneel before the enemy, Georgia will never kneel before an internal or external enemy. Glory to the heroes, glory to Georgia, may God protect Georgia”, - said Tina Bokuchava.
