Salome Zurabishvili’s statement that America and the West intend to hand Georgia over to Russia does not correspond to reality, wrote Georgia’s third President, Mikheil Saakashvili, on his Facebook page.

As Mikheil Saakashvili notes, support for Georgia depends on the success of the struggle, and the main enemy is fear and hopelessness.

“Our support entirely depends on the success of our struggle; it was like this during the Rose Revolution, and it is like this now. Our main enemy is fear and hopelessness,” Saakashvili wrote on Facebook.
