As Saakashvili explains, attempting to copy the example of the Rose Revolution was a miscalculation because it cannot be replicated exactly.

As the organizer of the Rose Revolution, I declare that exact replication won’t work. Many things will happen spontaneously, but even spontaneity requires preparation.

Many people who don’t usually attend ‘Gen Z’ protests came to the people’s assembly, and these people deserve great gratitude for their courage. However, ‘Gen Z,’ which is the most combative group, was underrepresented. This means we didn’t work hard enough on social media and didn’t fully articulate the goal correctly. Now, all of this needs to be urgently addressed because we don’t have much time. Victory will belong to the Georgian people!" Saakashvili wrote.
