The main thing is that Kobakhidze, a representative of the Georgian Dream war regime, is attending the forum with Putin, where there is no special political subtext, except that Putin is there, almost, as a host. This is very significant.

I am not surprised that Kobakhidze, a representative of the war regime, is attending the forum with Putin. However, Ivanishvili, with his violent, chaotic regime, has practically declared open and public war on all citizens of Georgia who want peace and stability in this country,” said Khatia Dekanoidze.
