Lithuania deplores further restrictions directed against Georgian civil society, - Lithuanian Foreign Minister Kęstutis Budrys responded to the package of legislative amendments adopted by the Georgian Parliament, which tightens the law on grants and political activity.

“Georgian Dream party is turning Georgia - once a front-runner within the Eastern Partnership - into a Russia-style regime. The people of Georgia deserve better future. Georgian Dream must repeal all their non-democratic legislation and return Georgia to EU path”, he wrote.
