Givi Targamadze: Finally, I have found myself and presented myself to the SSS - all my statements were based on information obtained from open sources, accordingly, I have nothing to substantiate

Finally, I have found myself and presented myself to the State Security Service - all my statements were based on information obtained from open sources, accordingly, I have nothing to substantiate, - opposition politician Givi Targamadze stated before entering the State Security Service for questioning.

As Targamadze noted, he has a lot to say, but he does not know whether they will listen to him or not.

"Greetings, finally I have found myself and presented myself to the SSS. I do not need any court, and especially I do not need yet another judge controlled by the SSS to talk to them. I have a lot to say, I don't know if they will listen to me. For example, that they should look into the case.

All my statements were based on information obtained from open sources, accordingly, I have nothing to substantiate. They are the ones who have to substantiate why they summoned me in connection with these statements, instead of looking into the case, when they question people like me here. They have 300 people standing by who are ready to carry out the orders of the Ayatollah. Go and control those 300 people, whether they have dispersed around the world with the tasks they have received and do not know what they have been given - then our country will be in trouble, or it will be.

This is the threat when a university sanctioned because of terrorism is operating, functioning in this country, precisely under these conditions, this is the threat. What do I have to substantiate? This does not require substantiation. I think they have a law against standing on the sidewalk, but they do not yet have a law against logical reasoning and reasonable suspicion based on the analysis of already occurred facts, and perhaps they will have one later. Encouragement is when the SSS does not prevent this - that is encouragement," - notes Targamadze.
