Tsotne Ananidze, a member of the Georgian Dream party, has become the Chairman of the Supreme Council of Ajara. As a result of a secret ballot, Tsotne Ananidze was unanimously elected by the majority members.

Tsotne Ananidze represented the Georgian Dream faction in the Supreme Council of Ajara.

For information, Davit Gabaidze recently resigned from the position of Chairman of the Supreme Council of Ajara based on his own application.
