“I support everything that God wills,” said Bishop Mikael of Pshav-Khevsureti to journalists before the start of the Holy Synod meeting.

He also responded to a question about whether he agrees with increasing the patriarchal age limit by two years.

“I support everything that God wills. Whatever is good, we will accept; whatever is bad, why would we accept it?! As you know, a statement will be made and all questions will be answered comprehensively,” Bishop Mikael noted.
