Tina Bokuchava – The hype that was created yesterday, that the Opposition Alliance had prepared a list of political prisoners, where Mikheil Saakashvili’s name did not appear, is disinformation! - The said list was compiled by private individuals, activists, and in the current version, President Saakashvili’s name is also reflected

The hype that was created yesterday, that the Opposition Alliance had prepared a list of political prisoners, where Mikheil Saakashvili’s name did not appear, is disinformation! - The said list was compiled by private individuals, activists, and in the current version, President Saakashvili’s name is also reflected, - Tina Bokuchava, the chairwoman of the United National Movement, writes on social networks.

According to her, such actions serve to discredit the Opposition Alliance and create distrust among UNM supporters, which, intentionally or unintentionally, helps “Ivanishvili’s Russian regime, which fears the unity of democratic political forces the most.”

“The issue of Mikheil Saakashvili’s political imprisonment has been recognized by the entire Western world, which has been repeatedly emphasized in the resolutions of the European Parliament. The most heated statements and assessments on this topic are made from the highest tribunes of the world.

The civilized world understands well the context of why the third president of Georgia is Putin’s personal prisoner. To question this is to question the issue of rationality and honesty.

The hype that was created yesterday that allegedly the Opposition Alliance prepared a list of political prisoners, where Mikheil Saakashvili’s name did not appear, is disinformation!

The aforementioned list was compiled by private individuals, activists, and as I learned, it is constantly subject to updating. The current version also includes President Saakashvili’s name.

I want everyone to understand that such actions serve to discredit the alliance, create distrust among UNM supporters, or serve other disintegrating purposes, which, whether intentionally or unintentionally, helps Ivanishvili's Russian regime, which fears the unity of democratic political forces the most," Bokuchava wrote.
